We advocate immunotherapy strategies that are very specific, eradicating the tumor without hurting any other part of the patient. Immunotherapy is the process by which we help the immune system see a tumor as something harmful that should be destroyed.
Following the success of our adult GBM clinical trial (NCT04552886), the FDA says we are ready to treat kids with different terminal indications including

AT/RT Atypical Teratoid Rhabdoid Tumor

High grade glioblastoma (HGG)

High risk medullablastoma

High risk ependymoma
The prognoses for these cancers are very poor and children diagnosed with these cancers often turn to clinical trials like this one to give them the best chance possible to fight this disease.

We are also poised to begin an adult sarcoma trial to make revolutionary immunotherapeutic techniques available to kids with Ewing's and other pediatric sarcomas.
Children that are ultimately enrolled in our clinical trial will receive the current recommended treatment for their particular cancer, plus customized immunotherapy.
